About Me

I believe that meaningful change begins from within. My role as your therapist is to provide insight, support, and a safe space as you navigate your journey toward greater emotional well-being and the change that you want for yourself. My goals are to help you gain insight into what you would like to achieve and then guide you in taking clear steps towards lasting, positive change.

I work with adults, teens, and people experiencing anxiety, depression, mood issues, social challenges, anger management, and those navigating long-term recovery from addiction. I believe that therapy is not about changing who you are, but about helping you better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, and develop the tools needed to move through life’s challenges with greater confidence.

Together, we will work toward helping you develop a more mindful and compassionate relationship with your emotions—learning to identify, understand, and express them in healthy and meaningful ways. My goal is to help you feel empowered, develop greater self-awareness, and discover your own path toward a healthier and more fulfilling life.
