Gillian brings a compassionate, organized, and client-focused approach to supporting our patients. With a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Gillian blends her deep understanding of human behavior with practical expertise in operations and team development.
Her professional background spans several sectors, including nonprofit event managent and community engagement, learning and development in the finance industry and impactful work as the Patient Experience Coordinator at MSK Kids, the pediatric unit at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. These experiences shaped her ability to lead with empathy, manage complex systems, and support both clinicians and clients with care and efficiency.
